Article 1 ~ Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders made in the online store of the Angel Baby GmbH brand. By visiting and using this website you agree to these terms and conditions.
The product range in our online shop is exclusively aimed at buyers who have reached the age of 18.
Our deliveries, services and offers are made exclusively on the basis of these terms and conditions.
Our provisions for shipping, returns and privacy are part of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions at any time.
Article 2 ~ Contract
The presentation of goods in our online shop alone does not constitute a binding contract. Rather, it is a non-binding request to order goods in our online shop. With the finalization of your order you make a binding purchase offer. Upon receipt of the purchase offer, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail confirming that we have received your order. This confirmation of receipt does not represent an acceptance of your purchase offer yet. A purchase contract for the goods shall be concluded when we expressly declare acceptance of the purchase offer or when we ship the goods to you.
Article 3 ~ Prices & Payment terms
The prices listed in our online shop www.angel-baby.eu include all applicable taxes and do not include the respective shipping costs. We reserve the right to change the prices in our online shop www.angel-baby.eu without prior notice. The payment is done through PayPal. If you need more information about PayPal, please visit www.paypal.com. You must pay your order with PayPal before we can ship the goods to you. The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price.
Article 4 ~ Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will be delivered to the address specified by you in the order form.
Article 5 ~ Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price.
Article 6 - Cancelation and Returns
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. Please return the purchased goods with the enclosed return form within 14 days. The deadline is met if you ship the items before the deadline of fourteen days.
Consequences
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from choosing a different type of delivery than the most favorable standard delivery offered to us) at the latest within 21 days from the day on which we have received your order back. For this reimbursement we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction.
We may refuse to proceed with the reimbursement until we have received the items back from you and have inspected them. We will inspect the condition of the products to make sure that they are in a resaleable condition.
The client bears the immediate costs of returning the goods.
The right to cancelation does not apply to the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (for example, personalization of sleeping bags).
Please send the goods back to us without any damage or contamination. The goods must be in a resalable condition (undamaged, free of contaminants, not washed). If possible, send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories (such as the sleeping bag's dust bag).
Article 7 ~ Transport Damages
If the package has been delivered with obvious transport damages, please let the carrier know and contact us as soon as possible.
Article 8 ~ Privacy
You agree with our privacy policy provisions.
Article 9 - Final provisions
Should one or more provisions of these terms and conditions be or become ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
These terms and conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with Bulgarian law. If any disputes arise they will be resolved in Bulgarian Courts.
